Asia-Pacific leaders worry about climate change funding

Low-lying countries in the Pacific are especially vulnerable to climate change.

After a devastating flood in 2012, Samoa is building a river wall to reduce the risk of flooding.

However, regional leaders worry that policies by US President Donald Trump may affect their international funds for combating climate change.
